This program is for persons who have received one DUI charge and is an alternative to the mandatory three-day jail sentence issued for this offense. Certified by the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, the program provides testing, educational sessions, group and individual counseling for assessment, intervention and recommendations.

Details: The 72-hour program begins Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m. Sunday; fees are payable in advance, with a sliding fee schedule available. Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, cash, check, Visa or MasterCard are accepted.
