The following holidays will be observed and the office will be closed.

Access to After-Hours Services

Clermont Recovery Center, Inc. does not provide 24-hour access to services. Below is a list of after-hours resources in the community:

Emergency Closings

In time of inclement weather, snow, ice, etc. the agency president will make the decision about closings and/or delays. Once this decision is made, the media is contacted. Tune into any of the following stations for closure information, or check the websites listed:

Channel 9 (WCPO) or www.WCPO.com

Time Warner Cable Channel 20
Insight Cable/Direct TVChannel 25

CRC's telephone message will also state that the agency is closed.

When the decision is made to close CRC in the middle of a workday, any remaining scheduled clients shall be notified by telephone. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE ACCURATE TELEPHONE NUMBERS FOR ALL CLIENTS.

County emergency states:

Level 1 - Roadways could be hazardous, blowing snow or ice - Drive cautiously

Level 2 - Roadways are hazardous, Only necessary driving

Level 3 - Roadways closed to non-emergency vehicles.
